As you may already know, the lockdown has been extended again. So that pushes the potential re-open date to June 3rd. We are soo sorry for the inconvenience and we look forward to seeing you all again in the near future.

April 1, 2021

Due to the new provincial lockdown, we won't be re-opening April 12th. We are so sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. We are disappointed and wish we could have seen you all sooner. Please continue to contact us by email - . We will start contacting clients when there is a confirmed re-open date (earliest would be May 1st). 

In the meantime, we truly hope you are all safe, healthy and have a wonderful Easter weekend. 

Grey-Zone modifications:

- please call the front desk upon arrival and remain in your vehicle until the receptionist lets you know you may enter the building

- you must submit your COVID-19 questionnaire form before arrival

- please have a mask on before entering the building 

- your medical or non-medical face mask must cover your nose, mouth and chin at all times

- please sanitize your hands upon arrival (hand sanitizer or wash hands with soap for 20 seconds or more)

- refrain from bringing in large items (ie. purse)

- no food or beverages permitted at this time- please refrain from conversation whenever possible

- magazines, brochures and business cards have been removed from our waiting room

- only patrons who have a booked appointment are permitted into the salon (Sorry but at this time, you may not bring guests or family members with you)

- when booking your children/minor's, please let receptionist know in advance (1 guardian permitted)

- no couples massages or couples pedi's at this time (massages and pedi's will be booked in separate rooms and chairs)

- plexi has been installed at nail stations and at the front desk

- please follow the social distancing markers in the salon

- please understand that there will be cleaning/sanitizing between clients and we will not be able to book at full capacity during this time

We have the right to refuse service if requirements are not met.

Services Permitted According to the Colour-Coded Zone

Grey Zone

All services  are permitted except for those where face masks would have to be removed (no facials, no lip/chin waxing, no full face laser, no beard trims, no sauna, no hydro tub, no services requiring showers). Capacity at a maximum of 5 patrons.

Red Zone

No capacity as long as social distancing between patrons, same services. Mask worn at all times.

Orange Zone

Same as red zone. Mask worn at all times.

Yellow Zone

Removal of face masks are permitted only when doing services where removal would be necessary (Facials, all facial hair removal are permitted, beard trims, etc.). Hydro tub is permitted and services requiring showers.

Green Zone

Same as yellow zone (all services except use of sauna) and masks worn except when services require removal of mask.
