Salon and Spa Etiquette

When should I book my appointment?

It is best to book at least a day or two in advance to avoid disappointment. For spa packages we advise to book at least a week in advance.

 

Should I arrive early for my service?

Please arrive early but do not enter the premises until right at your appointment time (*DUE TO COVID*). This will allow you time to change, relax and get acquainted with the salon and spa facilities. If you know you will be arriving late, please call as soon as possible, and our staff will accommodate you to the best of our ability.

 

What happens if I'm late for my appointment?

 

Usually we give a 15 minute grace period, if you are more than 15 minutes late we will try our best to accommodate you. This will depend if there are scheduled appointments immediately following yours. If you are more than 30 minutes late you will have to reschedule your appointment for another time.

 

What should I do when I arrive?

 

When you arrive please check in with the receptionist. He or she will make a note of your arrival and will call you whenever your stylist or therapist is ready for you. Please have a set in our waiting area.

 

What is your Cancellation Policy?

 

For spa packages or hair services booked, we need at least 24 hours notice to be able to reschedule your appointment. There may be fees involved and are subject to cancellation fees (below).

 

Can I bring my kids?

 

To achieve a tranquil environment at all times, we cannot accommodate children during your service or treatment, unless they are receiving a service or treatment themselves. Children under 12 without an appointment cannot accompany an adult while services are performed. An adult must accompany children under 12 that are receiving services. Employees will not be responsible for caring for young children.

 

Should I tip?

 

Gratuities are not included but are appreciated. Most individuals tip the staff approximately 15% based on the type and the quality of service given. You can leave your tip with the receptionist or directly with your stylist or therapist.

 

Payment options?

 

We accept cash, debit, Visa and MasterCard. We do not accept foreign currency and personal cheques.

 

Gift Certificates

 

Gift Certificates can be only be redeemed for services and or products. No refunds on gift certificates. Gift cards are not transferable.

All prices listed on this web site are subject to change without notice. Prices are not inclusive of HST/taxes.
